Also, I forgot to mention, but if you like Mushishi, I think you'd probably like Natsume Yuujinchou. Both are episodic shows that focus on supernatural stuff, although Natsume Yuujinchou is significantly more character-driven and emotional than Mushishi. You might want to check it out, if you have time between everything else.
