Trying to bring the club back up and running again in as much as possible. I appreciate a number of you are busy with school/life etc, but it would be really nice to see you in the club once in a while :).

1. Get your NEW official member cards along with new member ID # HERE! Even if you received previous cards, the numbering system has been restarted and everyone can claim NEW ID #'s and NEW cards.
2. We have surpassed 4000 members!!! Get your 4000+ LE cards HERE! The thread will officially open on 01/12/12 Thursday ~8AM PST. They are available for a limited time, so get them fast!

Recommendation Club Newsletter~Holiday Edition
As we enter into one of the busiest times of the year, we here at the Recommendation Club would like to extend our wishes for each and every one of you to have a wonderful holiday season!
Since the September newsletter, our club has gained many new members, and seen the return of old ones. We would like to keep the momentum going, and with our member list now at 3,111, that should be no problem at all! ^_^.
We would like all of our members, old and new, to help keep this an active, and fun club, a place to Chat and to seek out recommendations in our General anime and General Manga thread as well as the specific anime genre threads, such as Drama and Romance and Sci-fi and many others as well.
It’s a great place to make new friends, or renew past friendships, and we urge all of our members to drop by, and post in the various threads and comment section, as well as share you expertise with other members.
We look forward to seeing you all here !

Well, since I hardly ever rate my manga, it's probably the first reason :) It's really hard to rate so I don't even think about it anymore. It's the same with having favorites... although I sometimes download/buy manga I really enjoyed but I don't still don't rate it xD So, as you see... a shared interest is one thing, and silly habits is another... haha.

With the fall season upon us, the club has not been as active recently with our members being busy with work, school, and the other things life throws our way, but we here at the Recommendation Club want to let all of our members know that we haven't gone anywhere! We welcome you all to drop by, and say hello to old friends, or make new ones. We have a large member-list, and we would like to see all of you joining in, and sharing, your anime and manga knowledge with the club!
Loads of new members join all the time, either wanting recommendations, or eager to share their expertise with others, so don't be shy, and join right in! Like to chat? Well, like I said, I like reading romantic stuff, so I really like Faster than a Kiss, Bokura ga Ita, Skip Beat, Vampire Knight, etc. Although, I've heard good things in general about Oresama Teacher, is it good? And what is it about?

Nice to meet you too :)! Well I really like Nana, Bokura Ga Ita, Vampire Knight, Marmalade Boy, MARS and I'm reading Kare Kano and it's pretty good so far. Yeah, I like to read lots of Shoujo things and romance stuff, lol! What series do you like?
