Ah I see. :) Too bad, you miss something! XD It's common here that when you are a kid, you believe every legend that surrounds St. Nicolas, for example that his horse can walk on the roof so that he can bring the presents, and that he really is 400+ years old. xD Actually, Santa Claus and St. Nicolas are veeery alike, even their costumes look alike!

I guess "Sinterklaas" ( http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint-Nicolas_(f%C3%AAte) is useful, maybe. ^^) isn't really widely known like Christmas, but in Europe there are a lot of countries that celebrate it. I even thought it was in France, too? Maybe only some regions.
Yankee-kun to Megane-chan 27 was.. well, I don't exactly know how to put it in words. xD It is so exceptionally random, and Adachi-chan's antics, reactions and answers surprise me every time again. xD And I really like all of the characters, each is funny and weird but also sweet in his/her own way.

Ahh yeah, the shorter days are a bit of a problem for me, too. -__-; I can't get out of bed in the mornings when it's so dark and cold, so it doesn't really help me being on time for school. xD Ah well, we have another spring to look out for now, right? ^^

Eh, I just read "Uruboros's Circle", it's a shoujo, but with horror elements, too. :3 I liked it. And of course, one of my top favorites "Yankee-kun to Megane-chan".
