Thanks for recommending "Haiyore" I peaked on the first episode and I might actually try it out.

The lag's not too bad on my side. There's a slight delay, but otherwise it's smooth. What's really frustrating is the actual page load times, since I can't even begin scrolling until 4-5 seconds. It's fine on on Firefox with Noscript enabled, which lets me scroll anytime. But then it's laggy when I allow the site. lulz. Though it's still not as bad on Chrome.
But definitely try Firefox with noscript on his site, it'll be much faster.

I saw your post on Aniblog. Here's hoping for as little drama as possible, but I know it'll fall into petty squabbles over there.
And the publicity might be good for Enzo, great writer as he is. ^_^

Are you just starting?
The beginning will be difficult and certainly you will have less time watching and more time focusing on work. Give yourself at least 3 - 4 months, once you get a hang on it and manage your time enough between work, social life, personal life, others, etc - you will certainly find a time to watch your favorite shows. I usually watch anime stuff during my day offs, but I also watch at least 1 shows during my work days, anime for me is an effective stress-reliever (no kidding). I'm working for 4 years now by the way. You can do it.
Hope this help, getting work doesn't mean the end of your anime viewing days :)
