I'm hopefully heading to university in september if I get the grades XD !
I love to have fun with my friends who i believe to be totally crazy.
Started properly watching anime in summer of 2007 after watching the studio ghibli films but i guess i have been watching it since i was small - moomins, pokemon and many others. I started into the manga in around 2008. I like mainly indie, alternative and rock some of my favourite bands are... Coldplay, Snow Patrol and The Killers. My favourite character is Hatake Kakashi XD XD I also love zero from vampire knight, Nova from bleach and Kurosaki Tasuku from Dengeki Daisy. I am easily amused by the most random stuff ever XD I have a bunch of pets which i will miss when i leave for university but they wont be lonely by any means ^^

Yeah, I plan on going up to the City to hang out with the Jap-class friends at some point over the holidays. I mean, I have like 4 months of holidays so I can't think of a better time. :p

Yeah, I only have a couple of anime movies on DVD, and no actual series nor any manga. I was thinking of buying Mushishi though, but I don't want to spend too much money.
I'm just doing arts at Uni. So a range of subjects. Japanese is an elective, though I might make it a major next year. Oh you have to wait until after christmas for exams? damn =/
Ah well at least you've got one really good friend living with you. I'm sure in time you'll warm up to Rebekah, and vice versa. Though yeah, if she steals your food again you better confront her and tell her what's what! haha
Well I've pretty much finished Uni for the year now, though I have some work I still have to do and an exam.
As for friends, I've made a few in each of my classes, yet I never really saw them outside of class since I live so far away from them all. But, it's only been in the past couple of weeks that I became really good friends with a bunch of people from my Japanese class, and they want me to come out with them sometime over the holidays and that kind of thing, which is good. Basically all of them (there's about 6 or so) are like 3 years older than me, though it doesn't seem like it at all.
yeah i like to store anime and manga on my external hard drives so i can watch/read them whenever. plus my internet is slow so reading manga online would be annoying, waiting for each page to load every time. xD
Uni is pretty annoying. I don't like a couple of my subjects, and Japanese is really hard this semester (though I still like it). But yeah, exams are in about 3 weeks, so after that I have like 4 or so months of holidays!! Can't wait
How about you? You started last month right? and how are the people you're staying with?
oh i see. yeah i plan to ignore the naruto anime because of all the fillers. Plus I already have the manga downloaded and don't want to have to download the 37gb anime lol

Anyway, you raised some good points about alcohol. I admit I don't dislike it that much. I like reaching the point where I can keep myself under control, but still feel the effects and NOT end up with a hangover the next day. :p
btw, what's the Naruto manga like? I've always avoided the anime, and haven't thought about going near the manga until recently when for some unknown reason I had a desire to read it. I won't yet, since there's other stuff I want to read first, but I'm just curious what you think about it.

oh that's unfortunate. Drunk people are funny, but only when they make fools of themselves and don't involve you in any way.

I only drink occasionally. Alcohol is ok, but it's expensive and can have annoying consequences the next day.
Ah I see. Yeah hopefully you don't get any snorers. They are the worst, but I never have the courage to wake them up in order to shut them up. Instead I lie there, my ears in pain and my patience thinning.
Ah well. I'm sure if you do get anyone that snores, you're body will grow used to it and you'll be able to sleep through it. Well, that's just a theory lol. Eitherway, don't let them get to sleep before you! ;D
Oh really you don't know anyone!? That's unfortunate. Though since you have a week to get warmed up to everyone, I imagine it'll be ok. Just think, there'll be a lot of people there in the same situation as you, and they'll probably be looking for someone to talk to and that kind of thing. :D
We actually only got one day at my uni for getting to know it and all that. And it was an incredible waste of time, which is unfortunate. =/
It's just my uni though. It's pretty small and insignificant, so they don't care much. A bunch of my friends had a week where they had parties and all kinds of fun things. Damn them!

Ah you just finished in June. It's so different to hear in Australia. We finish at around November/December, and start the new year in February. As for Uni, it's roughly the same except you get longer holidays (yes!).
yeah, i was experimenting on my snowboard, and naturally i fell over A LOT. It was worth it though (in a weird kind of way).
yep Uni semester 2 started Tuesday for me, after about a 2 month break. It's annoying, but not bad. You don't start until September? Lucky! You have quite a bit more time off then.
Hmm I see. Well, I'll have to get to School Days eventually. I can't say it's high on my priority list though. D:
back from the snow, it was great but I'm so sore all over. And I've come straight back into a new semester at uni as well, which is kind of annoying. =/
I noticed you finished School Days...how was it? I've been putting off watching it, since I've heard it's incredibly frustrating.
