I'm a 19-year-old college student who's been watching anime since his middle school days. I started out with Dragonball Z, but it was G Gundam that made me an anime fan for life.
True to my origins, my favorite genre is overwhelmingly mecha. I'm also fond of ecchi romantic comedies, yuri, and mahou shoujo. I dislike traditional shoujo and romantic drama.
When it comes to anime girls, my weaknesses include tsunderekko, maid costumes, and transformation sequences.
When I'm not watching anime, I enjoy playing my Wii, watching sports, driving, and building plamos.

Yeah, go ahead and get the second season of Vampire Knight. I'm still going to read the manga before I watch it, but I will want to watch it eventually.

Yeah I did like Chobits...I mean, I did read it all in ONE DAY! And the fanservice wasn't awful since it wasn't just pointless.

I hope Zero no Tsukaima (Zero's Familiar) get's released by seven seas because obviously that is awesome. I was also looking into getting Ballad of a Shinigami.

Yeah, I picked up the third Full Metal Panic novel but only read some of it so far (I have the other two also).
Viz dropped the Shana novels so that makes me sad. People online are translating the Shana novels now starting from the third one.
I just hope Seven Seas's novels do better because I like their line-up.

If you want a recommendation, I would say go start reading Otomari Honey. It's new so not that many chapters are even out yet but it is promising.
The World Only God Knows is also pretty good. That is another new serialization so not much to read yet.
