I'll comment on some of your plan to watch things since you asked me to do this like, a billion days ago =D
A.I. Love You ~ It's just like Love Hina (it's the same author for both). If you liked Love Hina... yeah. The plot is a little more interesting than LH though, I thought.
Chobits ~ Very very good. It's just a really good story and of course, CLAMP's art is great.
Chrono Crusade ~ I freaking love this manga. The artist is one of my favorites, and the story is so very bittersweet.
Clannad ~ YES. =D I don't know that anyone will ever license these, but I'm hoping so. Volume 6 is priceless =D
From Far Away ~ YES. It's an older series, and the art reflects that, but it's got a good plot, and I'm a sucker for these kinds of stories. Romance ~~~
I, Otaku ~ It's like a mix of Genshiken and Comic Party (Both of which you should read >=D), except that the relationships are kept to a minimum. Instead of the club setting of Genshiken, and the harem of Comic Party, there's just a few otaku and 1 insane otaku shopkeeper. I actually really like this one because it delves into the moe factor.
Socrates in Love ~ This is one of the freaking saddest manga/novels you will ever read. It's in the same ballpark as Chrono Crusade, with a very bittersweet ending. The first chapter straight up tells you that Aki, the main character's girlfriend, has died. It's not so big of deal at first, but it builds up to the finale where she actually does die, and dangit I cried (again.)

In the game, I'm trying to get through the Forest of Pain right now and I hope to do the final Marriage Event with Alkaid ^^
Except my PS2 controller broke today and I'm having to get a new one. Which my mom is out to buy right now ^^;
And I wasn't really completely into it when I first started playing, I just aimed to get through the game quickly so I wouldn't be killed by any spoiler x.x
Ah! I do have the book, forgot Alkaid was in that one. I saw her as the Blade Brandier in it

I can't believe they actually completely changed her character class. I wonder if it has anything to do with the plot later in the manga =/
A .hack//SIGN game would be fun ^^;

>.< well that sucks.I heard alot of people where disappointed by the trilogy movie.Oh well they tried their best to fit all three games into a short movie,which is a very bad idea!I was already kind of pissed off about how much they left out in .hack//GU+ and even worse in that manga they had Alkaid as a Blade Bradiner(or whatever they are)instead of a twin blade.Thats a very big mistake!
