me being a sucker for slice-of-life, yep very much! actually, i've been trying to remember what that anime with the strange art, odd skies and flying cat i saw many years ago until I saw your profile. so i think I owe you one :)

I don't really think so; the first part was pretty good and the third part was pretty well done too, but the second part literally made me fall asleep. It had hardly anything going for it, save for the animation which was really well done, but story-, sound- and musicwise it felt really mediocre, which really hurted the score in this case. Simply not my cup of tea.
Tsumiki no Ie was excellent, simply due to it's interesting world, amazing art, captivating music and finally a great, moving story which made me tear up a little bit; I will not lie. Definitely one of my favorites.
