Oh yeah yeah, I am actually a big "Nights" fan. It was really innovative for it's time. They actually brought a Wii version not too long ago, though I still haven't played it. Have you by any chance ever owned or played a Dreamcast system?
And speaking of which, I really miss the old Sega commercials:
Hmmm well I will probably just look online when I do. Most of the time you can buy things off of Ebay and Amazon for a much better price than at a gamestore. Of course it does vary. Some I have actually found the opposite to be true.
Do you mean "Mercenaries", as in the stand alone game, or is this something to do with RE?
Cool thanks, actually I was doing my best to find all the recipes in the game for DQVIII, then once I beat it, I plum forgot. Yeah, I should probably look on the web now. XD
Yeah you could really find some interesting things in that section of Xenosaga 3. I can still remember in the first game, that there is a certain point you can take in it, where Shion receives an e-mail that Soul Calibur 2 is about to be released. Little touches like that are cool.
Oh by the way, I got your message. Unfortunately though, my sent box has been messed up for about two weeks now, and it won't let me send a reply. Just so you know. I did get it though.
No, hm About Varia (they are insane), about Hibarti teaching Sawada, to fight (TYL Hibari is so hot, he is at least 10 times cooler than the younger version) it's really interesting and now the game "choice" began and it's gonna be awesome, to see everyone fight and their boxes .. :DDD
Well as far as Gamestops go, I think PS2 titles are the only games they still sell of last gen. And since the quantity is much smaller of course, it's going to be harder to find. Fatal Frame 1 is very hard to find, don't think they made all that many copies when it came out. Haunting Ground is usually easier. I would try online, or maybe at a used Comic Book shop, the ones that sell games as well. You can really get some neat classics games and systems at places like that (I still hope to buy a Sega Saturn one day). What kind of gamestore did you visit?
Legend of Legaia 2? Hmmmm I don't think I have ever played that game, but from the looks of it I have seen it at gamestores before. Is it worth getting? And what kind of gameplay is it?
Yeah the early RE series were tough in controls, because it was all static camera angles. And the fact that you got limited saves and inventory space made it tedious to me. Glad they fixed it.
I think I may have one Timbrel of Tensions, but I am not sure. How do you make it? I remember I would just mix a bunch of things together to see what I got. I was able to get the bunny outfit for Jessica.
Yeah I agree. The video game version of Xenosaga was much better, the moods that game set were so filled with tension at times. Really had some creepy moments too. The anime version was okay, but I just don't think it could compare. Oh and yes it was suppose to be six episodes long, but I heard because of the poor sales of Xenosaga 2, and the lost money they put into it, they decided to whittle it down to 3 episodes. You can still look in the archives section to see extra parts that were never implemented into the actual game, and are thus just text. :/
Well I think the MP3 file said level 2, or something like that. I could be wrong though, once I get the game I'll let you know which track it ever was.
RE4? Yes I do, got the Gamecube version for 5 bucks actually (this video store was going out of business). I really wanted to get the PS2 version though, since that has extra content to it. But beggars can't be choosers as they say. XD Really loved it too, the controls were finally fixed from previous games, and the inventory wasn't nearly as cumbersome. My only minor complaint, is that there was a bit too much action in it. So there weren't as many quiet spooky moments in it. Still, it's minor.
Okay, maybe I can bring out the game some time this week.
See, and if Xenosaga 1 had never existed, and the series would have started off with Xenosaga 2 being the first (as in production quality), then I probably would have liked it better. But since Xenosaga 1 was such a great well put together game, I just felt it's sequel was a step backwards from what was already done. Three made up for it though, love that game. Just wish the series could have been 6 episodes long like it was originally planned. By the way, have you seen the anime version of it?
