Welcome to my profile ~~
I am a young and lazy french student who's been watching anime and reading manga since childhood.
I sometimes play video games (mostly RPG), watch movies (Kubrick, Allen, Hitchcock, Gilliam, Burton, Tarantino ...) and read literature (Tolkien, Asimov, Buzzati, Shakespeare, Céline, Pratchett, Sartre...).
About my tastes in anime/manga: I appreciate weird, crazy, dreamlike shows that immerse oneself in a dark, oppressive world; slice of life comedies ; mysterious plots and well-developed characters...
About my ratings: I don't overrate nor underrate, but simply give a grade which seems to suit the series in MY OWN OPINION. So do not get mad at me if you see a bad grade on your favourite series, it is not a sign of contempt, but only my own vision of the anime/manga.
Some would argue that I am too severe with my ratings, but they perfectly reflect my appreciation:
1- Awful, can't stand more than two minutes.
2- Not as hideous as the previous one, I can undergo half an episode.
3- Very bad. I will finish the first episode, but certainly won't see the next one.
4- Bad. Didn't like it, too many weak points. Most of the time, I won't finish the series.
5- Average.
6- Fine. I liked it, but it won't last long in my mind.
7- Good. Strong personality or few weaknesses. However, doesn't have a great impact on me.
8- Very good. I really liked it.
9- Excellent! Great work, my favourite series.
10- I don't feel like giving a perfect score. It only concerned my favourite anime (NGE) until now, but I still hope I can give another one someday :) .

Salut, je venais juste dire que j’avais vu ton article sur le forum d’Animeka.
C’est un peu désolant de constater que si peu de monde s’intéresse à Alien Nine alors que dans le même temps on s’énerve sur Ladies versus Butler (entre autres) mais ça fait plaisir de voir que des personnes comme toi essayent de faire promouvoir ces séries un peu oubliées =).
