Clannad is simply beautiful. In every meaning and synonym of the word. I have watch a decent amount of anime and never in my dreams did I expect a show to affect me so greatly. If you start on this journey you will come out different. You will laugh. You will cry. You will experience so much emotion. I am a 20 year old college student who doesn't cry for anything and Clannad ~After Story~ brought me to my knees. Everyone needs to watch this anime, regardless of whether or not they even like this genre. It's just one of those shows...those experiences that makes a person appreciate life and all of the things about life.

Also, the music is absolutely exquisite. Just hearing some of the songs brings all of my emotions about this show rushing back. The music is a genuine masterpiece. Clannad and Clannad ~After Story~ are beautiful masterpieces. read more
