haha well im 34, but i still get accussed of being in my 20s. its annoying if i forget my license.
i tell people that anime keeps me young, young at heart and young in body.
i love kakao talk! thats a korean app. my very best friend married a korean so i get inside scoop lol.
i had an iphone and i like it better than my htc :(. samsungs were like holding a brick to my head, no way was i getn a phone bigger than my hand!!

So you might not laugh since your an Otaku as well..
I got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 w/ 4G. Reason was I wanted to be able to read manga even if there was no wifi signal. Strange reason to buy something so expensive??
I immediately put the Erza as my background, Nana as my Lock screen and Saeka as some random picture window. lol..
My husband doesn't understand it, but I told him once, it matters not that he likes anime. It only matters that he tolerates it. I said that if he liked anime, I would run in the problem of not liking what he likes and visa versa.... Although, since I'm like a major yuri fan, he might be ok with it.. hahahaha
I have my manga reader pro app and MALO app on it. I would have got an Ipad, however I found that android had a more superior mangareader database than apple could provide, plus the MALO was far superior on the droid than the iphone 4s.
I think I'm a fan of Samsung cause its korean as well... Not sure... I like their tv's hahahaha

HAHA.. You will never guess this.... I bought a tablet yesterday, just so I could read manga from a bigger screen then my phone... lol
While talking about manga to the sales guy, I even introduced him to the MALO app from droid.. lol I think I'm a fanatic!
However, while talking anime and manga... I said it.. *lowers head in disbelief*... I said read anime.... gah....

I don't really think its ridiculous to judge an anime based on art. I mean isn't the beauty of anime is the art, so why would that not be one of the defining reasons you watch it? The story line is also important, but if the art work is obnoxious, I don't really notice the story line. I can't get into it. I am more apt to watch a bad story line and amazing art work, than an amazing story and art that I can't even tolerate.
We definitely have different taste is art preferences, and how we view the art piece. However, if you can't handle Nana's character designs, well eh... its a great story line, but you would probably find yourself appalled at the art throughout the show.
So I get it.

hey you ever try watching NANA? I started watching it, and i'm like duuude... I can't stop, i seem to be watching multiple episodes in one setting. I'm getting closer to the end, and i keep thinking, noooo go longer...
The punk music is captivating, but I think the real story behind my addiction is cause the two main characters, could so be shouji ai.. *face in palms* I can't help it, I'm addicted to yuri *lowers head*.. alas this does not label it as such, thus I think in the end their friendship will die.. but... but I got to watch it to find out..... if the relationship stays intack and grows.. It's so getting a 9 rating!!!
