The name's BatCountry9000, though you can call me either Chris or by any of my other account names (if you know about my accounts on other sites, that is).
I like many different things, and anime is one of them. My very first anime at the age of 5 was Sailor Moon, though at such a young age, I didn't even know that anime in general existed, let alone that Sailor Moon was an anime. When I watched Sailor Moon, I thought it was purely an american cartoon, like Spider Man: The Animated Series and The Transformers. It wasn't until 8 years later that I discovered that one of my childhood shows was from Japan.
However, the one show that got me into anime was Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. When I was 10, my older sister would tune in to Adult Swim and watch that show, along with other anime shows like Big O, Cowboy Bebop, and Inuyasha. I would watch along with her out of curiosity, and it was then that I slowly started to learn what anime was.
However, there are more things than just anime that I like. Wanna know what they are?

5 Anime that nobody should touch with a 10-foot-pole
===Princess Tutu=== -Pros-
Good story, decent voice acting, good animation, and decent music.
-Cons-
Characters that are almost as bad as Naruto.
===Transformers Energon=== -Pros-
Creative use of CGI, awesome music, and badass character models that resemble the toys they're based on down to the buttons.
-Cons-
A story that goes around in circles, mediocre voice acting, CGI is executed poorly (characters don't show emotion, walking on a 2D ground looks awkward, and overall animation looks stiff), and somewhat awkward writing.
===Naruto=== -Pros-
Decent story... at first, good animation, decent music, and acceptable voice work.
-Cons-
Story turns to shit and becomes uninteresting fast, filler is just plain stupid, and characters either are boring and have all the personality of a brick, or make you want to tear your hair out.
===Boku No Pico=== -Pros-
Decent animation... I guess.
-Cons-
Boring story, bland characters, and the fact that it's pretty much gay child porn for sick fucks.
===Hetalia=== -Pros-
None to speak of.
-Cons-
Bad voice acting (from FUNimation, mind you), humor that only 2-year-olds would laugh at, characters that are either annoying as fuck or boring as white paint, shitty animation that makes the AKOM-animated Transformers episodes look like masterpieces, character stereotypes are absolutely disgraceful, non-existant story, mediocre music, inaccurate historical facts, a fanbase that makes the Twilight and Naruto fanbases look like respectable geniuses... pretty much everything.
Allow me to share with you a piece of my childhood.
Here's Hetalia summed up in four very simple, yet very very brilliant words.
I present to you two of the most epic things ever.
Well well well sir, I couldn't help but notice your Godot signature. A great character he was wasn't he? Probably my favourite in Ace Attorney! Which reminds me, I'll have to read those Ace Attorney manga someday! How are they?
