Ah! caught you off guard w/the hour long episodes. Well there were only five of them so thankfully they accommodated us that much. I have to agree w/ya that Sei Satou is the coolest of the cast. Too bad she doesn't get much screentime in the OVA's. New souers next season? Well I'll let you catch up before anymore discussion don't want to spoil :PP

Right now you're in the Alabasta arc.. thats one of my fave story arcs.. I really liked the desert setting and their costume changes... not to mention the interesting villains lol
Now that I'm at home and I have TIME, I have to catch up on a whole bunch of shows.. started with Naruto Shippuden yesterday.. I left off where Oro and Naruto were fighting.. around ep 42, which was a pretty good ep, but after that.. I dont know it feels like it's dragging its feet... I dont have the same excited feeling when watching Naruto like I used to.. ah well.

Oh maaan Baccano! is one awesome series I'm loving every minute of it right now. Ladd Russo is one of the most bad ass anime characters I've ever seen. I still have 2 more episodes to go minus the OVA's. Though I'm having some trouble getting 14 & 15 because [BSS] tracker is down and I can't find any alternate ddl links. Damn (see my anger!) haha.
Marimite is simply put one of my favorite animes of all time. It's not the best but it's an entertaining watch w/great characters/development. Some great news is that after you finish off this latest OVA season look forward to another (TV) season coming.
I won't let you put one piece on hold for to long though I need minions to discuss future episodes with in the near future :PP Right now I'm on episode 359 I think? It's as funny as ever.

Ah Chris I'm pleased greatly w/this news my one piece minion (julez) has done well yohohoho! :P but man it's gonna get real good some of the most memorable anime scenes come from this one anime.
Though don't bother w/the movies because they're all compressed versions of the arcs. I have no clue why they decided to go that route because I would love to see an original One Piece Movie. I can only imagine the comedy that would ensue *mouth waters* but I digress...

actually I watched that too! lol I did watch most of the fillers I think... it was after the 100s where I couldn't bear it anymore, especially after witnessing a solid arc, I know One Piece is capable of amazing stories with great characters... no fillers plz! lol Did you watch that Gurren Lagann music video? I know at first it seems like you'll never catch up... I started watching One Piece in May I think, and now I'm on ep 225 or so... lol I watch a couple episodes a day, somedays more than others... I also skipped the filler episodes (but then again, that's cheating a bit since I checked on wikipedia where the fillers are....) lol Luckily there aren't too many filler eps, but still they are a turn off for me, because I hate watching stories about characters that have no importance to the main storyline.
But I'm really glad I started watching it. It has such a solid cast of characters, and I love watching their adventures unfold!

hey, welll I was a bit put off by the length as well, since its like 350 and still going :P but with a lot of determination, it is possible to catch up... I'm at 190 something now... another 150 eps to go lol
One Piece has been the only anime I've been following regularly lately, mostly because of exams taking up most of my time... and One Piece is extremely addictive! It's become one of my favourites because I love the characters and the adventures they have together... I've been watching Kaizoku Fansubs version until now, and I think they are doing a good job, they add some excellent effects when the characters are doing their special moves lol I recommend that you give it a try, it stars off kinda slow but it gains momentum as the show progresses, it gets better everytime somebody new joins the crew. :)
