Although DMC is vulgar there are still some normal romance scenes and in Xam'd is a bit romance too..In SE is no romance and To ...Index it's the same like I said before ,I just saw one episode ,so I can't say so much ,but it seems that there's a bit romance too =P

Soul Eater have a bit fanservice ,Xam'd is definatly not ecchi ,To ...Index...I don't know exactly.I just saw the first episode and it seems like there's no ecchi and DMC is just extreme vulgar comedy ,not a bit ecchi in it.
