Hi people, Im animaniac and I really like anime & manga. I prefer psycholocial things like Monster, Liar Game and 20th century boys. I enjoy reading shounen/seinen 2. Im a bit strict about rating anime/manga but when I really enjoy something I will rate it high anyway. If I don't like something, I drop it. I can't understand why some people watch 50 episodes and rate that anime a 2.
Anywayz.... feel free to drop a comment, I will reply :)

About Cowboy bebop, great serie, excellent soundtrack :-) Best ending ever ? Nah, it was one of these classic japanese ending where the hero isn't allowed to live even if he has been through a lot of shit. In the best ending ever he would have saved the girl, killed the bad guy and go back to the bebop another adventure OR he would have died saving the girl after killing the bad guy BUT the girl died, he died, the bad guy died and everybody is sad :-/
Food Tech sounds pretty cool :P Any plans on what you gonna do after uni?
Hmm you make some fair points on TTGL, so I'll just leave you to it :P
Ahh you're watching Fate/Zero - I've watched an amazing AMV and a review by gigguk on youtube so I'm hoping to watch it soon :D You can tell the production company has money to burn in this series.
Btw do you think you'll be finishing TTGL any time soon seeing as you've watched 17 eps? I agree with your comment that it's overhyped but I loved the style of it all :p
Ahh I'm the opposite, just watching anime. And what, you haven't finished Bakuman?! Get a move on, the ending is a bit anti climatic but it's still quite satisfying.
By college do you mean University? What subject are you studying? I'm not looking forward to student life tbh though I won't be going uni till next year. There's a bit of a drinking culture here so most students just act like immature drunkards.
'Tis good. I haven't been watching/reading a lot, but recently got back into anime since I've finished college. I'm on a gap year at the moment, so got quite a bit of spare time.
It seems I have deleted you from my friends list, must have done it when I was clearing up my friend's list so if you don't mind I've sent you a new request :)
How's life for you, my fellow 18 year old out in the Netherlands?
I may give it another go then once I've got ahead with my work load, can't help but feel that I'm missing out on a great manga just because I didn't give it a fair shot. You've rated it higher than Vinland Saga which is my favourite manga right now, so that must mean its worth reading :)
I think with Priest, it kind of depends on if how you feel about Berserk, they're quite similar. I see you said about Berserk that you loved the parts when he was just traveling by himself, so presumably you must like all the fights and and stuff that happened on his own? Priest is very similar to Berserk in that aspect, just one guy suffering a lot by himself whilst hunting down his enemies. I've found that some people dropped Berserk before the flashbacks within the Golden Age arc, and its the same with Priest, some people don't like the story before the flashbacks start, and the flashbacks are brilliant. So yeah, I'd say Priest is a very good manhwa, but it doesn't really shine until the flashbacks start. Its been a few years now since it was put on hiatus though, god knows when we'll ever see volume 17.
I think if you *really* want to know how it ends, the series is very much worth investing in :) Hell, even if you were to be disappointed in the ending, you're still love the amazing art.
Why thank you, people often are surprised by my taste in manga, they seem to assume all females only read Ouran and Vampire knight... *sigh*
I notice you're reading Blade of the Immortal and rate it highly. Whenever I look at recommendations for some of my favourite manga, this always seems to pop up. I read a couple of chapters but didn't really like the art and the story seemed so-so. Does it massively improve early on in the series, or later? Not sure whether to give it another go.
Just read your comment on the "What's the greatest manga series you've ever read?" thread - someone else who recognises the greatness of Dangu?! I bought the whole series when I finally gave up hope of ever finding more scans online (so frustrating, right?). Seriously, it only gets better, definitely one of the best manhwa I've read. I salute your good taste :)
