Hmn, the first anime I ever watched was probably Gundam Wing. I didn't watch more than a few episodes since my access to tv was pretty crappy, but I promised myself that 'once I grew up' I'd hunt the series down again to watch all of it. The first anime series I actually ever finished was SailorMoon, which occurred around the fourth grade, and then everything just spiraled out of control from there. :3 SailorMoon was very popular at my elementary school, and as we found the old Pocket Mixx editions of the SailorMoon manga at Borders, we ran into other new titles that were slowly being translated into English. A slight obsession for the SailorMoon characters (Sailor Jupiter in particular, in my case) turned into a full blown love for manga, manhwa and anime, along with a lot of the Asian culture. Don't limit me to just Japan. :D
I'm a very open person when it comes to opinions, and no, I do not have an OTP. I have pairings that I prefer over others, but I don't mind seeing unconventional pairings, especially if someone can make them work. I have become enamored with the ShuuheixYumichika (Bleach) yaoi pairing that way. Now I think they're adorable together. <3
Oh, and yaoi, yuri and het don't bother me at all either. Incest and threesomes (or moresomes) aren't a turn off for me either... Things that are... are bad grammar, spelling, closeminded-ness, and severe bashing, unless it is written in a parodying style. Or unless I've gotten so far into the story that I can't just stop reading it by the time the major bashing shows up.
I've read a lot more manga than I have anime, but I never really had a place to record it before, so I'm slowly trying to find everything I've ever read (which is one hell of a task, let me tell you) to post it up on MAL. As for anime, I've only recently gotten onto the bandwagon to download the episodes via the internet, so my 'plan to watch' list is larger than ever. If only I could figure out how to put some extra hours into the day...
Oh how cool! I didn't think that anyone besides me had ever fangirled enough to find a Harvest Moon manga. I kind of put it in there as wistful thinking... I didn't expect to find anyone who had read it!
Well I dont really know where is it from, but that one is it... i only cropped it and put on black background... but I wonder where is it from :/ I want to know it
I usually also prefer manga then anime plot lines but of course since anime is watching instead of reading of course I can't hate it :) but yes manga plotlines most of the time are soo much better.
Aww I never hated Hayate I laughed alot with him actually lol I just prefer the manga Sasame with Himeno
Yeah Mawata wasn't a bad girl, she was actually a good character. I just also couldn't stand how she was obssessing over someone she didn't even know lol (reminds me of Takato but worser)
As for pairing her with Mannen, I don't know it just came to me when I watched/read the series.
They're both pushy, carried away, both argrue, and fight to get out of what state their in ( Her case being the rich family name and father's case. His case being a teenager once, and now forced to be a kid despite remembering his past life.) leading both to act differently and hurt/wounded inside, and last both deep down are very sentimental and caring. They have alot in common except it's sad Mannen's sentiments aren't more deeply explored. Obviously though next to the 2 other knights Shin and Hajime that were also reborn. Mannen is the only one of the 3 to remember his past life more and that he was a teen. The other 2 were informed of it, but don't remember any of it. Mostly the reason is due to Mannen being the leader of the 3 and his life being more developed.
Hehe No problem I like to blab as well of my favorite thing, so don't feel like if you're speaking too much because so do I lol
You haven't heard the half of it lol you should hear of my other fav pairings of Pretear.
Ok Hayate was nice for the anime and it's not like I hate him, but Oh I sooo love Sasame for Himeno better. Which is my reason for loving the manga. The anime turned Sasame into a jerk compared to his manga counterpart.
Making him look like he led Himeno on to just use her, plus loving Takato to the point of snapping, and wanting to kill Himeno geesh they put Takato in Himeno's part in Sasame's love life lol
As for Mawata in the anime Oh god they turned her into so annoyig in the anime lol Her obbession with Sasame got me on my last nerve. She didn't love him regualry,it was more obssessed love.
Huh? Whats that you say? *is racing Shingo on PSP version of Initial D *w*
Yeah I totally craving a watching of it myself, but here in the Uk not many volumes of the anime have been released....bah...Ill just listen to M.O.V.E and keep racing >w<;;;
Its a character from Mahou Sensei Negima!
The anime is HERE
The manga is HERE
Not to be confused with Negima!? the manga or the anime, they have the same characters but totally different storyline!
The MSN anime visits only the first 6 volumes of the MSN manga. With an abrupt end, but the manga has 23 volumes to date and is still ongoing!
I highly advice the manga, although if you want you can start with the anime first.
thanks mate yeah I know it's not on my must read either but it should feel better if I had them all even if theres manga that I say is more important to read but htnaks again för the help ^-^
