Looks like you're watching the Persona 4 anime. Don't forget to watch the "True Ending" Special episode. Also, the Devil Survivor 2 anime is coming out in April, which is made by the same people. (I have played Devil Survivor 2 but not Persona 4)

Hetalia is pretty interesting. So far, I laugh the most at Italy and Russia, although America does have his funny moments as well. Outside of those anime I listed and a couple of sequels, the Fall 2012 season doesn't look that interesting. I forgot to mention Psycho Pass but I don't know too much about that one.
