I'm currently about to finish A Clash of Kings and you're right, they do follow the source very well. Although there are things i preferred in the books than in the show, such as the portrayal of Qarth and it's House of the Undying as well as the Battle of Blackwater Bay. They also don't mention at all that Jon has green dreams like Bran and the battles around Riverrun were also very exciting in the books which were completely left out of the show. But the show deserves a lot of credit coz original stories like storyline of Arya and Tywin in Harrenhal was gold

Episode 3 was my favourite too but, in general, i liked season 2 more than season 3 although i love this season. I think it's coz of the whole 5 kings warring as well as the Greyjoy storyline and how everything was fast paced and dramatic. And I know right, i wanted them to spend more time on Jon and Bran as well as Arya. But i'm happy coz at least both Daenerys and Tyrion have been nicely covered. Cersei can be a bitch though. Like, the way she tried to set up Sansa with Tyrion. I loll'ed so hard at her when Tywin told her she's to marry Loras, her expression was perfect lol. Speaking about Tywin, the guy is so fearless, especially the way he completely owned Joffery as he talked down to him in episode 7. When the Queen of Thorns broke Tywin's quill, did that mean she accepted that Loras will marry Cersei? Coz i was a bit confused

i think we've done as well as we possibly couldve hoped given our cap situation. wouldve liked to see us to attempt to get goldson especially considering his deal is only about 1mil/year more than harper. bucs wouldve outbid us regardless tho.

butler and lewis signings are great, now we need to address safety. harper should not be making as much money as he is making. he needs to take a pay cut or hit the road.
