I think the problem with working while doing a doctorate is that it might not be allowed. You are a normal employee at the university and if they don't want it, you can't do another job. At least no job you get money from. But I plan to do more in the field of html, css, php and so on, just for my self-improvement :)

lol! Well, at least where I studied and where I work, there's quite a bunch of girls, but we are still less than men overall.
Well, I'm too shy at job so I'm always alone and eating alone in front of some animes in my breaks... lol! I'm not serious, but I'm not a funny person either... O.o

What are you programing at the moment? Does ist still have to do with web designing?
That's true, if you do something at work it gets boring or annoying or something else when you do it in your free time. That's why I would never want to draw manga or anything else related to this hobby on a professional level. So I can enjoy the hobby to the fullest :)
