You all call me JC, since most of my friends calls me that due to the fact that its much simpler than my full name.
I don't remember exactly when I started watching anime, it must've been way back in 2004 with DBZ and Pokemon airing on YTV. But to be honest, I started "seriously" watching during my last year of highschool, in 2010. It did impact my grades a bit since I went to a private HS where seniors had laptops in class, but hey thats beside the point :3
The first anime I liked to a point where I had to marathon was Fate/Stay Night (don't judge!), and yes, I am a TYPE-MOON fanboy and Saber is my waifu. I mean, how could you not like her?
Even the creator himself likes her... even though thats because she's the company's cash cow :<

What else do I have to say ... I'm just an average teen; I love to watch anime and sleep *w* (although I try not to do it in class).
Oh, I play video games too. League of Legends mostly on the NA servers, but currently taking a break from ranked due to playing horribly.

personal liking sounds like a good pick since people can drop by your list and see how good it was.
LoTgH is so old i wouldn't even bother giving it a chance honestly. monster is a different story though and brotherhood isn't even old at all. you should probably watch monster since your friend obviously liked it and i've only heard great things about it.
winter 2013 had like a million club house shows. =/

so you like the show because you can some how relate to something or someone in anime? i think that's great and who doesn't get that feeling sometimes but anime should go beyond that in entertaining. it isn't something real that's why. let's just say that harems aren't all that interesting or realistic for that matter either lol.
mmm i've seen shows like hitman reborn and fma:brotherhood. depends on the show really.

taboo in a country such as japan but is it really everywhere else...? well, it's sure a lot more realistic and believable than most shows out there lol. strange thing huh you can watch anime for hours on end but not want to study. :P

well if anything inspires you to work harder i'd definitely agree that it is an interesting sport haha. probably one of those things that you have to try yourself to believe though. good luck and hopefully you'll make it back in next season! good idea taking your time with the gradual training; no point in injuring yourself again. :(

at least a flood of games are coming out soon during school lol. it's hard to mix and match the two and still have a balanced day i say. i got lazy with the mal replies as you can see, sorry. aren't you dorming or living with your friends? maybe that is causing you to lag a bit or are you lagging when you're on the internet alone. i've seen her, but i don't know how much damage she does at this point; the minion throwing thing sounds broken though. zyra and diana were really strong at release so i am very surprised to hear this about the new champion. she looks so much liker diana lol. i'm sure you'll get back to your normal elo as you guys get your groove back haha.
i just started watching hyouka thinking that this week was the last episode (turns out there's another one oh well). two more weeks until most of the anime from two seasons ago and this season end!! :D ouch tough critic eh, the only shows that i can say don't look promising are the k-on look alikes, and the generic harems that air every darn season. HIGH FIVE BUDDY, BECAUSE MY THOUGHTS ON SAO ARE 100% THE SAME; this is coming from someone who has absolutely no knowledge of the show as of this point and until the ending of the show. kind of funny how i just made a reference to k-on lol. the first season was alright, but i think the second season was overkill; i personally don't like those kinds of shows but you might get a kick out of it.
ugh, don't force yourself to watch old shows, because people say it's good. i gave NGE a shot and it didn't end well at all; a complete waste of time. nah, i don't think it's a maturity thing (though to understand it i guess maturity is a factor), but main point is to ENJOY yourself when watching anime. don't force yourself to watch shows, or in most cases people try to hold out on dropping shows based on their philosophy. i gave up on that philosophy a long time ago and never looked back on it (sidetrack sorry).

talk about an anime being made to cater your life story haha. ouch, probably doesn't sound too much, but it sucks that an injury like that stopped you. quite an interesting sport rowing is though. :O
surprising as it is most youths and young adults probably see cartoons and animation not something only made for children. i'd say older people fall in to the category of the latter though. that's definitely an essay that you will have fun with! :)

yes, all online games are filled with people who want to grief and blame others all day. or they can't accept that they're bad at the game lol. that's interesting, because i saw polite people in starcraft and warcraft ladder. then again this is coming from someone who hasn't touched starcraft 2. custom games are probably filled with negative people though.
definitely get to gold so you can at least get a better border and another free skin. that's when you got to pull out the weird comps and just play outside of the standard meta. i recently ran a full team of supports in ranked 5's and we went 2-0. just push, and push some more lol. no towers were lost that day! :O it's hard to do that when others aren't as willingly as you are.
