My first five ones were, I think, Code Geass, then Angel Beats, then some shitty ecchi (don't ask me why), Death Note, and Gurren Lagann I think. :)
I definitely got interest when I finished watching Code Geass... that shit is epic you know.
And I had even more interest after Clannad or Angel Beats!. That shit is sad you know. x)
nah I may be a guy but I usually can't stand love triangles, something that gets harem-shitty, or ecchi in general. There are just exceptions I guess...

When I began anime, that was the total opposite. As I began watching anime thanks to Code Geass (which isn't a comedy at all), I couldn't stand comedy, finding it not funny. But now, that's what I seek for sometimes, when my mood goes that way too.
Randomness is amazing! That's what makes me laugh a lot.
I really like psychological/dramatic/depressing ones. I like their vibes, and they mostly teach you something you can't learn with words. Dementia is amazing too, but you need to be in the mood. I mean, I've watched End of Evangelion when I felt bit down, and that didn't work... I was like "huuuuh" for 1-2 weeks. Mecha is alright when it isn't overwhelming.
Good romances are cool too, too bad most of them are triangle shit-based..
Or the ones with a tsundere who falls in love in two episodes. That's kinda annoying. x)
You might think I have shittaste (at least for what I'm about to say in the following lines) but I don't usually dislike harem. If the characters (*cough* the girls*cough*) are cool, it goes fine with me. I don't usually mind the guy cuz he'll always be a faggot anyways (*waves at To LOVE-ru*).
I can't stand ecchi when my mind says no. I have to be in harmony with myself when I'll begin watching one. x)
I JUST HATE incest when it isn't obvious. Like, if the anime has "incest" in its synopsis and I begin watching, I won't mind. But when it goes incest all of a sudden, I just hate it... dunno why tho, maybe cuz I'm an undecided guy :')
