Oh wowza, hello I am Mandi and I really really love anime to the point where I can easily watch an entire series in one day -loud gasp- because that is totally impressive~
I have a list of anime husbands and I love them all dearly; insult them and I will probably cry and make distressed noises.
I also really really love Game of Thrones!

Sorry we haven't spoken since I left tumblr ;___;
eee if that does happen, maybe the other teams that came to the match may help Seirin out and give them advice? I can imagine a lot of people rooting for Seirin being the underdogs and all + it was really nostalgic seeing everyone gather for the finals!
Ahh that'd be really nice. I'd love to see them get together and enjoy it as much as Seirin does ;--; I actually imagined it as a Seirin vs. GoM match haha~ And same! It was the sports series that really got me into the genre. :c
And I can totally see that happening as well too! I really want to see Kuroko pull through and hopefully be the one to get that last shot and finally show Akashi what basketball really means to him~ Cause yeah, if Akashi wins, it'll prove that his way of "being the best" is the only way to win. D:
I just read the newest chapter though, I'm worried how Seirin is going to keep up! :c
I'm wondering if this will be the last match for sure though.. It'll be sad to see the series end, but I don't want them stretching out the story unnecessarily. D:
Just stopping by cause I read your post on the thread for Kuroko 226 and I completely agree. Thought I was the only one that wasn't having a good time with the Teiko arc since the most discussions I've seen about it are just "awwe Teiko's past is sad :( but I still love them!"
The whole arc honestly felt really drawn out with trying to show how downhill the GoM has gone imo and like you said, made me lose respect for them for how they acted. Poor Kuroko yoo. :| Who knew basketball could cause so many feels LOL
/tho the arc made me appreciate Seirin a lot more though haha "orz
but when you consider, aladin and his fellow companions barely survive the zagan labyrinth and suddenly they face 3 of al-shermen on their own and when all hope is lost , the 3 generals approach to defend them ....it just feels more epic that way...
anyway...you read shonen battle manga? i will suggest you a new one ...its nanatsu no taizai...seems ok for now...its new but hyped recently...
there are some animes that make you smile , not all the slice of life are of that type, sometimes you get the "feel good" vibe from just watching one episode of an anime and all of them are not necessarily investigative or slice of life ....
like natsume yujincho, mushishi, hyouka ,miyazaki movies, arakawa under the bride, honey and clover etc (cant remember all )... they are just some great works ...hyouka was one of those rare animes...its difficult to get such animes...i have heard about kimi to boku ...i will check it ...
actually animators in some case lacks imagination or passion that an original mangaka can deliver for their own works...for example zagan arc in magi manga was more mature work than anime adaptation which made the story and characters less important and shallow ..if possible read magi manga from chapter 1 , i always tell everyone that...you will get many explanations that were left out plus real story development...
anyway lets hope best for the s2 now...
i started reading magi 1.5 years ago , back then i liked it so much that i was sure it would become one of top 5 mangas...then the anime ruined it ...for me anyway...they just did so many things wrong
but the good news is its now 2nd most selling manga of 2013 1st half just after the unbeatable one piece...atleast for now...the manga is doing very well and the war is epic in recent chapters ...the mangaka tries new things for battle shonen...

as for hyouka , am a huge fan of the anime, do you know something similar to this? i mean similar to the feelings of slice of life along with brilliance of events and fun investigations with characters like oreki...
