My squat is weak T_T
I was at like 200 bench a month and a 1/2 ago until I changed my diet and starting working out at home. Examples: strictly eating oatmeal and 2-3 eggs in the morning along with orange juice, handstand push ups against a wall in my house etc. derp derp
Oh, I'm a special case, though I haven't grown in two years ;_; I was expecting me to be atleast 6'2, but I guess my hormones stopped early. All my friends are taller then me now, and I used to be one of the taller kids /wrists. I still have 2 years to grow so hopefully one more inch ;_;
How tall/short are your parents? Mine are like 5'2 and 5'8

itainteazy benches the same as you I think. Power cleans? pfft I clean... the same amount as you actually. (Which is pretty low for someone my height and body weight actually... /wrists. Don't get me wrong it's still more then what I weigh) Thats like 215 lbs, and at 120 body weight? Damn nice.
