THE FORUMS ARE DEAD DUE TO POINTLESS OVERMODERATION
I'm an 18 year old university student studying sciences. I hope to major in biochemistry sometime within the next 3 years. My actual dream is to become an archaeologist but let's face it, it's a career that's going to turn me into a super hobo. This is why I think the current system is flawed. People are forced to pursue higher levels of education in order to get a degree for a "good job" instead of for the sake of learning.
By the way, If you don't see me for a few days, I'm probably banned.

How I rate my shit:
10= Perfection doesn't exist. Unless you are Inferno Cop.
9= Excellent. Great plot/characters or EXTREMELY enjoyable.
8= Very good. Either has good plot/characters or really enjoyable. There are flaws but they do not seriously impede the flow of the story.
7= Good watch. Kept me interested but plot/characters has flaws.
6= Average. Usually forgettable stuff that I'll only remember watching when I check my list. Had potential but lacking in certain aspects.
5= Mediocre. Barely acceptable but not bad enough to fail. Usually suffers from poor execution and/or uninteresting characters.
4= Shit series that I watched so I can prepare enough ammo to flame it in the future. Higher score than 3 because it made me mad. All in all, it was at least memorable.
3= Physically painful to endure but not really worth the time to watch. Unlike a 4, it has no memorable aspects. Flat out failure.
2= Dog Shit. Have to suck REALLY REALLY bad to fall to this grade.
1= Nothing deserves this unless hating on the series or the existence of the series offends me. It is an honour to receive this score.
3 episode rule: I give a series 3 episodes to hook me or else it automatically drops a grade during the final judgement.
I don't drop shit. I only pick up shit I know I'll watch.
If I add it to my plan to watch list, I'll finish it no matter how much it makes me rage.
To me context is very important
If it's a hentai or the story is not meant to be taken seriously then I'll probably rate it based on enjoyment.
If the story is meant to be taken seriously then:
Story out of 3, to set my imagination free
Music out of 2, to get me in the mood
Animation out of 1, if the designs are fun
Characters out of 3, there better not be any shitty MC
Other factors out of 1, I hope this shit hasn't been already done
