@ people wondering about Dino's voice change: Kamakari Kenta became ill and could no longer play the role, so he was replaced with KENN.

not for his TYL voice, but Dino's first voice was Kenta Kamakari, later in the chapters, it was changed to KENN~

don't know the reasons.. and Dino has yet to appear in the TYL arc, which will be soon!
