I don't think the mankga-ka is she. I know at all of male manga-ka draw moe and fansevser. If he was she, she wouldn't draw the skirt to short, and fanservice going on.
I know how woman write yuri.
Beside is Tooru is a guy name, I don't see much female with that name.

Other that great story, just find hard for me to read some time,I find kind sexism to me. Do love seeing guys side story in it. lol don't see much stuff like all the time.
