Her performance as Flonne in Disgaea is the only dubbed version of a typical high-pitched anime voice that hasn't made me cringe. I haven't heard any of her other work, but that alone makes her a great voice actor as far as I'm concerned.

Sandy Fox does a real good job voicing Sumomo in 'Chobits'. It sounds almost identical to the original Japanese voice.
