P.S. green182, it seems to me that the Japanese music scene is divided into J-pop and J-rock, where basically anything that isn't Visual Kei (and one other genre whose name I forget) gets classed as J-pop, even though by Western standards, it clearly doesn't count as pop. That's probably just because Western pop is, in general, pretty mediocre.
