I agree with you that some people only appreciate the mangaka,the others might only appreciate the author. For me, I like both of their works. Lots of people complaint about the art in both Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and Junjou Romantica, but personally I love the art even though it's hard for me to differentiate the characters when I first watched them. Miyako-sensei is actually the author of novel that Usagi-san wrote under pen-name Akikawa Yayoi. But it seems that not too many people know about that.

It's sad to hear that some people ONLY credited the mangaka while the others credited ONLY the writer of the story. Nakamura-sensei and Miyako-sensei both work hard, why can't people appreciate them BOTH?

She's the author of the pairing HatoriXYoshino.
Its a light novel that is a part of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi.

Everything else is by Nakamura-sensei.
