Predelnik : He wrote the entire screenplays for those anime series. But Yoshitoshi ABe came up with the original concept for Lain. Yasuyuki Ueda was also heavily involved with the concept iiirc. Still obviously he wrote the entire thing and had a guiding hand in the way the show came out along with the director, Nakamura. I label him as the number one person responsible for the Lain. But all anime is a collective effort. Yasuyuki Ueda was also heavily involved with creating Texhnolyze iirc. But again I point to Konaka for being most responsible for the show. At any rate easily one of my all time favorite writers. Also NICE NAME. Prede +lnik = Predelnik =P

Oh well, the information was truly wrong, but Konaka did participate in DA2 as the writer for the 13th episode (which was the only good episode of that trainwreck).
