Hey this guy wrote the scripts to FLCL, NGE, and Revolutionary Girl Utena. He's more then a genius. He's amazing!!

Jackimus: The NGE manga was BASED off the anime. SO he wrote it first. The manga took his ideas and made it into a manga.
