Hiroyuki Nishimori (西森博之) is a popular Japanese manga artist born in Tokyo. His series Cheeky Angel (Tenshi na Konamaiki) won the Shogakukan Manga Award for shōnen in 2001.

I love this guys works, KKOW is tototally gold like the guy above me posted, and Ocha ni gosu is almost as good! too bad its hard to find thise translated and all

I liked Cheeky Angel, but Kyou Kara Ore Wa! is pure gold. His sense of humor is just crazy!
