What an awesome guy. I enjoyed every anime he worked on, especially Haikyuu and Erased.

He adapts slice of life so well. Usagi Drop, Silver Spoon, and Haikyuu are great examples.

Man this guy really knows to write the script for adaptations. I loved all five anime that I've seen with him as script writer. I wish he did the script for the TV anime Magi too, seeing how well Sinbad no Bouken was paced. I feel relieved to see him working on Boku dake ga Inai Machi. I think with him on board, it's harder for an adaptation to get butchered. Prince of Stride looks interesting too, let's see how well he can adapt an otome game this time.

Look at him in that photo, drinking beer and looking all chill. I’m pretty sure this photo was taken after he was done working with Gin no Saji.

Anyhow, he did an splendid job with the scripts of Gin no Saji, Usagi Drop, Magi: Sinbad no Bouken’s OVAs, and Haikyuu!, so I’m confident noitamina’s Boku dake ga Inai Machi’s script is in good hands with this man. It might be a bit out of his slice of life/comedy/sports comfort zone, but I’m sure he can pull it off.

Not really interested in Prince of Stride: Alternative though (not really into otome game adaptations). But good luck to him with that as well. Since that one is sports, he should be able to handle it fine.

He's also returning for an otoge anime adaptation, Prince of Stride! You can watch the PV here:

I'm so hyped for this show!

Really high hopes for Boku dake ga Inai Machi after seeing Haikyuu and hearing good things about Usagi Drop and Silver Spoon.
Kind of interested in Prince of Stride after knowing he's on board, too!

He has that talent to make something feel slice of life-y. Not that I'm complaining, though. Loved all his works so far, except Gedo Senki simply because I haven't watched it yet.
