Welcome to the NHK is a truly beautiful story man i loved it. Satou and Mizaki are so right for each other yet they have so many flaws and i love how the manga displayed mizaki as more ruthless like with a dual personality and how it didn't become a love story but seriously though. Satou never got laid in either the anime or manga i thought he would in the manga at some point.

i've felt like satou from nhk most of my life - how many loves/opportunities missed because of fear of leaving the house/rejection - god bless takimoto!!!

God, he's a freakin' AMAZING writer... His work is so... deep... Beneath the craziness, his stuff really is awesome. Welcome to the NHK! has been my favorite novel for a while now (as well as my favorite manga... and second favorite anime), so I decided to try out his "Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge" manga. The name had me intrigued immediately, but damn... What a great story in the end!!

I love Tatsuhiko Takimoto's work. While I'm not entirely sure about everything else in his writing( still leaning toward positive) I think the guy does an incredible job writing deep, well developed characters that anyone can relate to. So, here's hoping he writes something soon, or at least gets better from being a hikkikomori.
