Terri Hawkes is a Canadian actress. She first gained fame as a voice actress, her most definitive role being that of Sailor Moon after Tracey Moore left DiC Entertainment. Terri left the series after completing the dub of Sailor Moon R, due to her pregnancy at the time, and was unable to continue in her role as Serena (although she did voice the character in the R, S and SuperS movies). She was later replaced by Linda Ballantyne.

Early in her career, Hawkes played Baby Hugs Bear in The Care Bears Movie, and Shreeky (No Heart's niece) in Nelvana's Care Bears TV show She has played Betti in 6teen. Hawkes also had a role playing Monika Barnes in the early episodes of Traders, and also was the voice of a 3D sphere in Max Maven's The MAXimum Dimension.

Hawkes worked as a voice director for such Nelvana shows as Flying Rhino Junior High, Ned's Newt and Marvin the Tap-Dancing Horse.

Currently, she devotes equal time to her live action and animated acting careers.

The BEST voice actor of Usagi/Serena.

Tracey Moore was awful
and Linda Ballantye voicing the other seasons was TERRIBLE and unbearable to watch!

This is one of my favorite Voice actors from the series. It sucked that she left the series right after the end of the R series. The new voice actor sucked!

What a stupid thing to say. You don't have to be 14 years old to make your voice for a 14 year old character. That's why they are called voice "actresses". I guess you've never watched a movie or a tv show before, but actors are almost always older than the characters they play.

Besides, Kotono Mitsuishi is the same age as Usagi's English VA's and she sounded like a baby. Age has nothing to do with how your voice sounds.

Even as an older woman, I think she beat the usually crappy VAs for other anime. But that might be the fact that I knew her voice first as Sailor Moon was an anime I grew up with by those put on Cartoon Network. xD

Who on earth picked these hasbeens as voice actresses of a 14 year old character? The character is 14 not 40!!!
