I love how she voice acts Rika and Nunnally. Rika's voice suits her well, because she's adorable like that. The way she says "Ni-paa!~" and "Mii~" is so gufcybjg CUTE.

She's not a bad voice actress; I'd say that she's more of a victim of bad type casting.
For example: in Rozen Maiden, Suiseiseki's Japanese voice was extremely high pitched, and had to have clear pronunciations do to the speed in which she talked; Rebecca's voice was just not high enough, her pronunciations weren't clear enough, and her speech wasn't fast enough for Suiseiseki.
Another big mistake of having her voice Suiseiseki; is that of the characters in Rozen Maiden, Suiseiseki is generally within the top 3 of every fan's list of favorite characters; and though much of the other English voices did well in their parts; switching her voice with any of the other characters would have improved the dub tremendously.
They could have easily swapped her voice with either Souseiseki, Hina-Ichigo, Nori or Tomoe's voice; and it would have improved, as her voice is more fitting for those roles, which are also not quite as critical voices; and the other voice actresses that I just mentioned could have done a significantly better job at voicing Suiseiseki.
Again; like I said, she's not a bad VA; just a victim of bad type casting.

Rebecca is okay but I don't really care for her voice. It is too high. But she did a good job in Gundam.

When she gets into Pai's 'dark persona' voice she sounds just like Brina Palencia. Bonkers.
Those who slight her work as Suiseiseki must misunderstand that a voice actor alone cannot make a character tolerable.

I was surprised to see someone who is only a month younger than my Mom can voice characters like Nunnally, Greta, and other younger characters. O_o
