Out Code (Manga)

My first review hope you like it:
Out Code teel about a world that are human being with powers know as Excceds,and like all the manga and anime of this type(Darker than Black,Code:Breaker,etc...)but it's not as serious as DTB or as non-sense comedy part of CB,it's most a mix of the two to create something New,and as good as the others.If you are familiar with the other two or any similar series or comics you will like this manga.It's also a superpowers type of anime so people have powers like eletricity control,pirokinesis,teleportation,magnetism and illusions and I hope more.The Synopsis(with some spoilers)is that Kirisaki Kirio is acussed of series of murders,he runs out and when Shirogane and PSI went to see on the net did it,and marked an false murder to get the person,she gets at the place they marked,and was other person than Kirio,them Kirio quickly defeats the said person and enters to the PSI at the end of the first chapter.If re-read it you will notice so more thing like the Helios symbol at the computer at first chapter(a sun[hence the name]with the greek letter psi)to Kirio being called number 0.

The art is very well made,it even make me start Higurashi because the same artist works on 3 Higurashi manga,and other Ryukishi07 works but this is another story.The art is stilized and good,but could be better still very cativating.The charcter designs combine with then and are well made.And the scenarios are well drawn and detailed.The characters personalities are good,but because of the manga is someway new they clearly lack some background.The villain that is leader of the Helios is pretty well done too,he gives creeps and the deciption of his face sometimes make me remember the Major from Hellsing.

The story until now have good plot twist and make you know whats hapening,its succeds in trilling you and have a good flow.I give this manga a of 8.5 averlage,it's very good you should give a chance. read more
