When I first saw Rosario + Vampire I thought it was actually made by the same creator as To-Love-Ru and was surprised that it wasn't. Rosario + Vampire has the same type of Super Powerful girl loves normal boy setup and the characters are also High School students. The random humor and ecchi scenarios that add a lot to To-Love-Ru's charm are also common to Rosario + Vampire, although Rosario + Vampire has a bit darker and action filled plot. Anyway I'm sure that if you’re a fan of To-Love-Ru you’ll be a fan of Rosario + Vampire from the moment you start it.
Mx0 and Rosario+Vampire is quite similar. In Mx0, the main character has to lie about being able to use magic. In R+V, the main character has to hide the fact that he's human. Both manga are school-based. A sense of romance is also hinted in both - more so in the case of R+V. However, Mx0 is more light hearted compared to R+V. Nonetheless, the similarities are quite presenting.
Omamori himari and Rosario+ Vampire (manga) are similar in the fact that they take place in a school setting, one guy has several girls after him, fanservice (ecchi), and plenty of action. Omamori Himari's main heroine is a swordsman (woman) while Rosairo+Vampire's main heroine is a vampire. In each manga they fight demons that are after the male protagonist. Both contain romantic and comedic sences which you can't help but laugh at. The plots between the two manga are very different but if you llike a combination of action, romance, ecchi, comedy, then you should enjoy either of these manga.
Both have that same "different school" element whether its monsters or magicials, but both are superb....highly reccomend both
there similar in a way with the monster high school n the human getting sent there after failing there high school exams...the only diffrences is in love monster its a girl n in this manga its a boy....but there both really good n ecchi...also the adventure n constent battles wit other monsters...if u luv this manga i believe u would deffitnly like love monster....
also with school with demons
They're both comedic harems
Both talk about the story of a loser boy who was never close to the girls and one day end up friends with a pretty girl and then, friends with several girls. Both have ecchi scenes too. Also, some characters are very similar. Keitaro and Tsukune are the main, both are losers , Kurumu and Narusegawa are hot blooded girls, Shinobu and Yukari are childs with child acts who loves main and Moka/Inner Moka looks like a split of Narusegawa's personalities.
In both stories a human transfers into a school made for other beings, while in Hakobune Hakusho the protagonist is a female, in Rosario + Vampire its a male.

Both are school life style mangas with crazy adventures. Protagonist, Simon and Tsukune are alike. Both are fearful boys wanting to have a normal life.
both are about a useless guy who starts going to a school without knowing what kind of school it is. both are Harem ecchi with supernatural fighting stuff.
the harems in these 2 shows have the female characters around the male lead fight for him and as the show progress the male lead gains power. also the females are always fight to prove themselves the best for the male lead
They both have girls liking the same guy. setting is also school with weird monsters/ animals!
they both have a school/supernatural setting with tons of fighting and comedy
To me, the obvious recomendation is the manga KARIN, also about a high school boy and a vampire girl. While KARIN for the most part lacks the "fighting" elements of ROSARIO+VAMPIRE, the romantic comedy elements of a supernatural "odd-couple" remain.
The female lead enjoys sucking out the blood of the male lead. There are also themes of school life and interspecies romance.
Both harem manga follow the newly reborn lives of a pathetic male protagonist (Tsukune/Minato), who's surrounded by cute girls that would risk their lives for him. ^_^
Same type of harem with a bunch of girls following one average/plain guy who attracts them with his kind and gentle nature.
They're both comedic Harems
The whole 4 girls living with 1 guy thing reminds me of how the girls in R+V are always fighting over the main character, Tsukune. Otomari Honey is more reality based, though, while R+V is more supernatural since it has monsters and a Demon School.
Both have a guy enrolled in a school full of monsters
