If you liked Suzuka, you're definitely gonna love Kimi no iru Machi manga. The artist and author in both series is the same and the plot gives you a fammiliar yet new feeling. I highly recommend you read Kimi no Iru Machi, cuz it is one of the best romace,drama and slice of life manga as was Suzuka.

The mangaka is the same and the artwork is excellent in both series. Both will do an excellent job at tugging at your heartstrings and really bringing you into the story from the eyes of the protagonist. the girls are also cute, juts be aware that comparing Suzuka to Eba, suzuka is much more of a bitch.

First of all they both written by same mangaka.If you love Kimi no Iru Machi yoou will definitely like it.In both manga male main chacters fall in love with someone and dont understand it in the begining.Also the chain of events are very similar.If you love Kimi no Iru Machi you will dedinitelt love Suzuka

Same author, same style. As you may notice, many of the characters look alike. Kimi no Iru Machi is just as complex as Suzuka, yet it has a very different setting. Both are well illustrated and written, if you like either of them, you are bound to like the other as well.

If you like drama JAM PACKED into your manga, or that you simply like misunderstandings, bad timings, scenes that make you yell "WTF WHY?!?" or close ups on faces as they say "ah" "eh" or "Wha?!", than these two are the ones for you!

First of all, both manga are by the same author hence the similar artwork.

Speaking of which, the character design is similar. The main protagonist in both manga are also involved in complex love triangles. Furthermore, the protagonist shares similiar personality parallel to each others' works and even has a crush on the female character that shares very similarities in appearance/personality of both manga.

Both manga series contain lots of drama filled with misunderstandings, love trials, and emotions.

Both of these manga are created by Kouji Seo sensei. They both revolve around high school love moving that progresses to college and later life. Both are dramatic and both of the female protagonists fathers are over protective. In my opinion Kimi no Iru Machi is better

First of all, they are both drawn by the same mangaka. Thus, it is not surprising that the character design and background design looks similar.

The male leads in both series are involved in complicated love-triangles/love-circles. Characters' relationship dynamics change very fast. At this moment, guy A may like girl A. The next second, guy A starts to like girl B, losing most of his interests in girl A etc.

Written by the same author and if you liked one you would like the other.Especially in terms of drama.
Kimi no iru machi is longer but will give you similar vibes to suzuka in many ways than one.

Both follow the life of the MC where he struggles to find happiness with the person he loves. 
Both have a great story with great development and character interactions...
Both manga take you by the heart

They were written by the same author and take place in shared universe (the stories are independent from each other), so it's also funny to look for cameos of the different characters happening in the other manga.

It's very realistic there is a great romance in Bakuman which was also better executed in Bakuman. Highly recommend both manga and anime. Note: This is my favourite series.

Harem romance stories that occur in the school setting. The protagonist face the ever difficult challenge of choosing his favorite girl out of his large cast of harem. In both series, the male lead has interacted with the heroines in his childhood, and forgot about their meetings afterward. 

Feature some ecchi scenes for fan-service and some comedy for laughs.

the characters and plot are similar. A  beautiful girl from big city(Tokyo) goes to live together with an average boy, that she barely even knows in the small town. the story eventually leads down a rather similar paths. Also the both main characters are both kind and are good at cooking.

Kimi no iru machi is about a girl from tokyo moving into a village and live with the main character, throughout the story, the main character starts to have a feeling for her. The story is like a love triangle where the mc only has interest in another woman.

The similarities between these two are that they have 2 opposite gender having an enrequited love until the main heroine shows up. To Love Ru is a more lighter and revolves around harem and ecchi genre, while Kimi no iru machi is a more heavy drama and focused to romance.

The characters in these 2 shows are really good, the MC's best friend has a personality, the characters are all bright and has a really good character design. read more

The setting is a bit similar, since the girl goes to live to the town where the guy lives, and falls in love. The guy helps the girl with her problems. The girl goes back to Tokyo, they get separated, then again are reunited..........
In Summary, pretty much the same, but Sand chronicles is much more dramatic.

Main characters have a longer history together in both stories. Both ML:s are in love with the FL:s at the start of the series. Both have past relationships before finally getting together. Both face hardships before finally getting married.

However, in Honnou Switch they get together pretty much in the beginning of the story. Honnou Switch is a smut and Kimi no Iru Machi softer romance. Kimi no Iru Machi has a lot more drama throughout the series.

Both have a very special plotline, since they both follow the characters through a big part of their lives, in contrast to a lot of other romance which revolves simply in a high school enviorment with no backbone whatsoever.

Both Kimi no Iru Machi and Moe Kare are character driven manga whose plots revolve around love (both discovering and losing love). In Kimi no Iru Machi the protagonist has a strange girl thrust upon him and although he likes someone already his feelings for the intruder blossom into love. Whereas in Moe Kare the protagonist is a female who falls in love with two brothers. Both deal with the pitfalls of love and the hardship involved in high school romances. I really think that if you enjoy this genre that you will enjoy these two manga. (although i'm a little more partial to Kimi no Iru Machi) read more

Pretty much has the same selling points as each other. Both have school life, echi, plenty of great artwork, lots of sexy and pretty girls with romance. Chances are if liked kimi no iru machi and are looking for mangas similar to it but have read most of the other more common recommendations like Suzuka, and Ichigo 100%, Kimiiro Focus is a good alternative

Tsusumi from Hoshi no Furu Machi is in a similar situation to Eba from Kimi no Iru Machi. Both characters travelled from big cities to settle in a small country town. In a broader perspective, both series are romance - ones that are characterised by drama.

Guy likes girl. Girl likes guy. Should be simple, but it's not. There are so many different kinds of obstacles that keep the two apart, with the majority of them being crazy misunderstandings. There's a lot of romantic drama in both, to the point it will make you want to pull your hair out as to why the pair hasn't gotten together yet. They're frustrating, but they keep you hooked.

Both of these series have great artwork and deal with quality romance. Both also contain well developed suspense that will make you want to read through all the chapters in one sitting. UxU has a bit more ecchi, however both series are a bit more focused on the relationships than the fan service. If you liked either of these series I suggest you check out the other!

Love stories that are full of misunderstandings, difference in life experiences, and betrayal between the male and female lead. Despite how much they love each other, they often end up hurting each other. Beware that Velvet Kiss is rated much more mature than Kimi no Iru Machi.

This series share the same mangaka as Kimi no Iru Machi and Suzuka (Seo Kouji) and actually comes equipped with a potentially dramatic storyline (unlike Love Plus's Manaka Days and Nene Days storylines, both of which are a separate series).

While it is humorous to note Seo Kouji's fetish of choosing between long haired and short haired girls in his storylines, there is a lot of potential that if you like Kimi no Iru Machi's drama and the initial dilemma between two main heroines, you may probably enjoy this game-based manga (don't be deterred by the fact this started as a game first, since it seems like Seo Kouji was given some room for creativity). read more
