Seven Ocean (Manga)

Minazaki Suu is one of my all time favorite artists. After reading some of her manga, I was looking for some more manga. Then i came across this. Lets see what this manga has to offer us( in my opinion)

Story
The story was decent. It is about a guy who is in debt, and a hot girl clears his debt in return for him being her captain. His job doesnt turn out to be what he thinks, and then he starts his adventure. I give this story a 7/10

Art
As expected, Minazaki Suu's art is OUTSTANDING. I totally respect this mangaka. One of my top 5 artists. 10/10

Character
Guy turns from worthless bum into a buff pervert. I guess you can call that a character development. The protagonist is one of those typical shounen manga chracter where he gives off the "YOU CANT HURT MY FRIENDS ILL PROTECT THEM" aura.

Enjoyment
I enjoyed this manga very much. If you guys want to kill time, then read this manga because it is pretty damn short and it will get you hooked.

Overall
All in all, this was very enjoyable. The only drawback was that this was only 6 chapters long. read more

First of all you start with Sekai a guy with only one piece of boxers that looks like a mature Sakurai Tomoki(Sora no Otoshimono) and later harasses the girl named Ritori which is VERY OPPOSITE to Ikaros(Sora no Otoshimono)...They are opposite because Ritori gets harassed by the main character but Ikaros isn't, Ritori can laugh and smile while Ikaros can't...the story goes on they hunt for UMA(unidentified mysterious animal) and they meet a girl named Phalem that looks like Nymph(Sora no Otoshimono) and his brother that looks like Sugata(Sora no Otoshimono) and they took down many kinds of UMA. Later Ritori had over-worked so she collapsed in the chapter where they encounter an UMA that eats their ship...moving on the final chapter...it kindda is NOT a happy endinng since Ritori decides to go with her brother leaving Sekai with a kiss and poof!...later Sekai wakes up from a dream and decides to find Ritori with the help of Phalem and the other guys...to put it short Ritori decided to go with her brother...MIGHT be because of this words..."BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER" is all I can say about her actions oh well its a good manga beware to those who will read my tip is read one chapter per week or per month because its to short for thse who decide to read it in one day BEWARE the side effects: you MIGHT have a sleepless night this ends my review. read more
