I found this manga to be quite enjoyable. It's different, as far as Blood+ goes, but still very good. The style of the art is very nice, actually a bit cute at times. The plot is interesting and suspensful while retaining a comical side.
The things that take place in this manga are unlike anything even suggested in the anime, so I think this is a cool story, like another episode!
Overall, it's very good, I definitley suggest taking the time to read it if you're a Blood+ fan!

If you're a Blood+ fan and you haven't read this mini series, you must!
It's a prequel to the anime (or manga) taking place in Russian during 1916 when Czar Nicholas II was in power. ...If you paid attention in your world history class this might seem familiar... I really like the story! It's a real shame that it's only two volumes long.. It can get a little dark with some suspense and bloody action scenes, but it still has a few cute and some comical moments.
