This is a short manga adaptation of the Onegai Twins! anime. And when I say short, I mean it: 12 episodes are condensed into about 10 moderate length chapters. Is it worth reading?
If you haven't seen the anime, I wouldn't bother. By condensing the story, much of the character development that happens in the anime is lost--and frankly, that was the best part of the anime.
