Story:
Though it reminds me of Strawberry Panic, it has something unique. Cross-dressing?! My my!

Good! Even if it has nose-bleeding moments! xD
Character:
Mariya calling Kanako "YURI-girl". Heh, that's really amazing! What confuses me is that every character is presented really fast, but I hope we will get to know them better in the following chapters. Kanako says "Dear mother in Heaven", which reminds me of Haruhi Fujioka from Ouran.
Why did I like this manga?
So far I have read 2 chapters and I'm in for more!

They both include guys pretending to be girls for a certain reason who have a different personality when being themselves, and a girl who knows their secret.
The cutest girl turns out to be a cross-dressing sadistic boy and now the herione is being blackmailed to keep his secret.

Both of these have gender-bending as a main plot point and the other main character getting distressed over this; however, while Maria Holic has more of a sadistic relationship, Prunus Girl is a little teasing for fun.
Both of these also have a homosexual undertone, Prunus Girl doesn't particularly announce it (save for one character) but both do seem to satirize these homosexual pairing, but Maria Holic does it to a greater extent.
