PriPri is set in a all-male school, and MH is set in a all-female school, but they have the same feeling.
Both are funny comedies, and they basically make fun of, respectively, the shounen-ai and shoujo-ai genres.
Also, Yuujirou and Mariya are similar: both are pretty, blond, uber popular, and quite sadistic boys.

Even though the authors are different, these manga are both set at school, and have the same type of comedy and parody elements.
While in SZS we have a male lead surrounded by girls, in MH we have a female lead surrounded by... girls. And a trap.

Houou is a reverse harem manga with a cross-dressing female lead while Maria†Holic has a cross-dressing male lead surrounded by women. Both must keep their real gender secret and have connections to the school's staff. Mariya's antics tend to be similar, but more extreme than Houou's main male character Yui. The main female characters are lesbians searching for a partner and have physical aversions to men, yet find themselves unable to escape their presence.
