Both are BL centered around the modeling industry (though in TnR only one character is a model and the other is a basketball player). They deal with themes of insecurity and struggling to find one's unique place. The main characters feel eclipsed by their partners' rise to fame, while the latter feel like they'll never catch up. TnR is much longer so there's more drama and it deals more with what leads up to the relationship whereas in Restart they're already somewhat of a couple. I thought the art in TnR was more sophisticated, but both are finely drawn and make for pleasant, light-hearted reading!
