Both mangas have weary similar leading character groups. We have this girl who is chased by some kind of organization/family and somehow she manages to get a bodyguard who is rely good at what he does to promise to protect here at all times. Offcorse the bodyguard has a friend who helps him with tactics and stuff.
The hero with the super skill (swordsmanship/marksmanship) and his companions protecting a young girl from a powerful organization employing elite killers who seeks to use the girl for "world" domination.
