If you liked Mirai Nikki, you may want to check out Deadman Wonderland.
The protagonist Ganta is thrown into a bizarre and hectic situation and quickly has to figure out how to keep alive. He is also helped out along the way by a girl named Shiro, who posseses strange abilities and a mysterious past. Both of these series are chocked full of action and suspense; and plenty of crazy and entertaining characters that keep you wanting more. Deadman Wonderland is definitelya worthy read.
Same deal, different setting. Characters are pretty similar.
Both Mirai Nikki and Deadman Wonderland have the same kind of themes, but are just put in a different setting. Definitely what I consider two of the most unique series being published at the moment, especially within the violent-supernatural genre.
betrayal, hate, death and friendship
different setting story so similar.
Life threatening game, insane girl following him
Wimp has to take part in dangerous and unfair game where loosing results death. He is accompanied by mystery girl which protects him any way she can

perhaps its the whole morally gray thing or the way she'll use human life to get what she wants... the way Yuno's so evil it makes me laugh, it reminded me of Light
Death Note and Mirai Nikki are incredibly similar series, though Mirai Nikki is (as of now, at least) much less mainstream than Death Note. Both series are about god-like creatures giving people supernatural abilities (the death note and the future diaries) and both become a game of survival to the characters in the series. They have similar themes of outsmarting and eliminating everyone who gets in your way and have a very grey scale opinion on justice and morality.
Both shares supernatural kind of note/diary giving its owner great possibilities. There is also similar way of creating story that is based on scheming and sudden plot twists.DN is more about inner dialogues while MN is pure action with lot of rolling heads and explosions

The story aren't that similar, but both stories have this 'killed or be killed' twist to them. The characters have to always be on the lookout for people who try to kill them on daily basis.
Both are psycological, and some what horror like. The stories are fast paced, and the characters are well described.

Both are about a group of characters who have to participate in a game for their survival. In Gantz survival is one of the main themes of the story, to survive the ruthless hunts and to hopefully return to the Gantz room alive. In Mirai Nikki, on the other hand, survival is sought in the hope of succeeding Deus Ex Machina and becoming God. Both display different reasons to survive but both both play on themes of survival.

Male lead that doesn't talk to anyone? Check.
Mysterious weird girl who joins with the main lead? Check
Murder? Check
Blood? Check.
Yep, the elements are all here.

Action and love story about a weakling boy and a powerful girl with some serious mental problems. Although male character is a nice person, in both mangas all attention focus on female characters. In C123 Motoko has divided personality and in Mirai Nikki Yuno is superprotective and obsessed yandere who has no qualms about killing. Both has action and blood, the difference is that there's more ecchi and martial arts in C123 and Mirai Nikki is more violent and even creepy sometimes. But if you enjoy one, I definitely recommend the other.

I found Mirai Nikki and land of the blindfolded to be quite similar in the fact that both deal with people being able to see the future and what kind of troubles this get's them into. But while Mirai Nikki is a shonen manga Land of the Blindfolded is romance so if your looking for a really romantic manga this isn't for you. But if your just looking for a great manga that deals with people seeing the future and that has just a tiny bit of romance try out Mirai Nikki.

Both share a tournament-like game where the winner is the last one standing. They have to defeat the other players by destroying their book/diary.

A group of random people has to fight against each other and only one of them will survive. Bloody, but not gore.

Two Stories about preventing the future. While Mirai Nikki is more about crazy people killing each other, Ann Cassandra focusses more on future preventing vs. future enforcing.

similar rules in the game but the story is much more sapient and stunning, a splendid show of cheat and trap,a salutary test for your brain.

They both have a similar feeling. Also, in both the girl is actually far more powerful than the male and that female has a twisted way of seeing the world.

Both Yuno and Rena are cute as hell. Yeah... As hell ;-). Both like to use deadly tools. And both have mental disorders.

Two titles for fans of fast paced and spectacular entertainment. Although they are highly plot driven they also feature interesting characters.
