W-Juliet is one of the best mangas out there, it has awesome characters that are easy to like and understand....but the best part of this manga series is the plot which is basically boy meets girl but under weird circumstances; where the main girl character looks like a guy and acts like one and the main guy character is under cover as a girl in order to impress his father so he can take up a career in acting. The story is amazing and nicely told and not only does the manga focus on romance it also nicely blends comedy into it along with other factors such as the two main characters love of acting. Overall I give this manga a 9/10. read more

I really liked this manga! You see all kind of different charcters. The writer did a good job making me waiting for the very end... I couldn't rest until I finished it!
The stories are intersting and surprising. If you love this kind of genre don't miss it!

Both W-Juliet and Tenshi ja Nai have main guy characters that are dressing as girls for one reason or another. Also, the main girl characters do not act overly feminine... so of course they start to fall in love with each other! Anyway, both these manga are funny and cute, and great gender bender stories. If you liked one, definitely check out the other.
Tenshi Ja Nai!! is essentially a remix of W-Juliet. The female lead stumbles on to school idol's secret - she's really a man forced to cross dress to uphold a certain obligation.
Both boy who these transvestite for a goal and study in the girl's school...
Izumi Kido is a boy who wants to help his father who is sick.
For that he must become a very sucess GIRL Idol and he study in the girl's school.
Tajabayashi hikaru will discover his secret...
Both stories have main characters that the girl is tomboyish and the boy dresses up as a girl. And both stories involve acting.
Both are about a guy who has to pretend to be a girl (for whatever reason) and a girl who finds out, and how their relationships form. Plus, both are cute and romantic : )
Both about a boy who hide his identity as a boy, and in both there's a girl who finds out pretty fast his true gender, and she does anything to help him to hide it, in order to make his dream come true..
