Both include a female character taking charge, and both like to cosplay. There's a lot of humour and light- hearted shoujoness, but a few serious moments as well.

Cosplay Animal & Gakuran Ouji (a one-shot included in Kaichou-san Chi no Ko Neko) are both about a girl who's obsessed about uniforms.
Both are shoujo manga with a nice art style and plenty of bishounen.
